Introvert
An introvert, on the other hand, recharges his energy by spending time alone. Just the opposite of an extrovert in his response to a crowd, his energy is depleted when he is with people for a long time. Crowds overwhelm him because he is easily agitated. He prefers one-on-one conversation and finds predictable situations more pleasant because unexpected changes upset him. An introvert finds being alone with his thoughts restorative and nourishing. He is not really shy nor does he avoid socializing. He is simply not talkative because he thinks before he speaks. He enjoys the company of close groups of friends.
